Delivery

Your item will be professionally & carefully packed and despatched in a timely manner. Most orders made before 2pm with cleared payment are despatched the same day. Orders are not processed for shipment on weekends and holidays. Orders with a weight of less than 2KG are shipped by Royal Mail 1st Class. Orders over this weight limit are shipped by Interlink Express for a guaranteed next working day delivery by 3pm.

Shipping for any product to the UK mainland is FREE, regardless of weight. Shipping to ALL UK destinations for items weighing less than 2KG is FREE.

For combined item weight of over 2KG we pass on our courier's surcharge for delivery to the following destinations:

For any region or country not covered above please contact us for accurate shipping rates. Please note that we have special concessions with our couriers for the regions listed above - other areas, even those close to the UK may be surprisingly more expensive.

Returns

You can change your mind for any reason within 14 calendar days of delivery and we will be happy to provide a full refund if you follow our returns policy. This applies to all sales within the European Union.

You must return the item in new condition, unused and intact in its original manufacturer packaging. If not a minimum restocking charge of 25% of the purchase price will be made or we may return it to you at your cost. You must return the item to us at your cost within 14 days of your receipt of the item. We suggest that you send it using a "Signed for" method.

We will not refund any expedited delivery charges such as Saturday or Guaranteed Next Day. For items delivered outside the mainland UK we will not refund any additional or international postage or return postage costs incurred. Where we collect an item from you, we reserve the right to recover the costs of collection from you.

If you receive an item that is different to what was described, or that is faulty or damaged, please contact us straight away and we will replace it immediately. We will either collect the item or provide a Freepost address for you to return it to us. International customers will need to return the item by their own method, we will not refund international postage. We will check all items returned, if we find no fault in the item, we will either send it back to you at your cost, or make it available for your collection.

Please obtain a returns authorisation from us before sending the item back to us and include your name, order number and contact details along with a detailed description of the problem. Without this information we will be unable to process your return.

Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights in any way.
